AVL’s IVR offering is a fully-compliant alternative to legally-required live agent TPV for door-to-door and telemarketing enrollments.
How IVR TPV works
When TPV is triggered, a warm-transfer or a new call is placed to the enrollee’s phone. The enrollee answers “YES” or “NO” questions and can state enrollment information such as utility account number for on-the-fly validation.
TPV recordings are stored securely in the cloud and are available for playback on demand.
